Lisa's first book, Team Steps Guide to Effective Problem Solving, was released in January, 2016. She wrote the first checklist for the employee teams in her workplace in 1982. The guide was so useful that she continued to use it in all of her workplaces, generating thousands of dollars of savings through inventive solutions coming from the employees themselves. On the advice of colleagues, she decided to publish it.
