| The Apprentice Program Teaches Craft Skills |

| The Bipe, Inc., Apprenticeship Program invites dedicated young men and women to come work at the BIPE, Inc. restoration facility to learn about antique aircraft and the methods and techniques of restoration. This craft is a dying art, and only a few craftsmen around the world know it as well as Jerry Stadtmiller, who has been working on antique aircrft since 1954. It's one thing to restore an airplane; it's another thing to be able to restore an airplane to its ORIGINAL flying condition with historical accuracy.
